FAQ i Booking conditions

To reserve a tourist apartment, you are asked to pay the 20% through this page. It can only be done by credit card. Select the days, fill in the form, pay and the apartment will be reserved for you.

Full payment is made upon arrival at the apartment. You can pay in cash, by transfer or by Bizum.
For the temporary use of the apartments we will ask you to make a transfer every month.

For apartments for tourist use, a deposit of 50 ? must be paid. When we have checked that there is no damage or damage caused by misuse, we will return them to you.
For the temporary use of the apartments, you will have to pay the equivalent of a monthly payment that will be deducted from the last month

In Catalonia are we obliged to pay 1? per person and night up to 7 nights from the age of 16.
For temporary use there is no need to pay the tourist tax.

You can cancel the reservation of the apartment at any time, but you must take into account the following:
- Cancellation of the reservation before 15 days of arrival at the apartment implies that we will return the entire amount of the reservation.
-If you cancel the reservation between 15 days and 3 days before entering the apartment, we will not refund the reservation or charge you anything else. y
-When the reservation is canceled 3 days before your arrival, we will charge you the total amount of the apartment.
-You will need to contact us to manage the cancellation of the reservation.

Entrance or check-in to the apartment the first day is between 4pm and 8pm. However, if you plan to arrive earlier or later, contact us and we will adapt as much as possible.
We understand that when traveling by plane the schedules are not always what we want. We ask that you contact us if you experience any delays.
Check-out time from the apartment is before 12 noon. You will have to tell us what time you plan to leave to specify the delivery of the keys and the return of the deposit.

none You are free to come in and out whenever you want. We only ask you to take into account the local regulations of Sitges to guarantee coexistence and rest for the neighbors. For this reason, you must avoid making annoying noises between 10pm and 9am.
If we receive a complaint from the Sitges Local Police, you will be responsible.

Get to know the Pi Valley and Cerdanya

The town of Pi is located in the Baixa Cerdanya region, at the entrance to the valley of the same name. This locality, which takes political form under the umbrella of a Decentralized Municipal Entity, forms part of the municipality of Bellver de Cerdanya.

Its territory extends from south to north from the ridge of the Serra del Cadí, in the south, to the Segre River, in the north. The valley has the river Pi as its backbone. This river is born from several sources in the valley, fed by several torrents along its route and finally flows into the Segre.

The territory of the village is not flat. The parish church is 1,075 meters above sea level. It currently has 113 census inhabitants. The Festa Major is celebrated on the last weekend of September. The dedication of the church corresponds to Santa Eulàlia de Mérida, the day the Festa Petita is celebrated.

What you will find there to Pi

Lush forests, both red and black pine and spruce. At the bottom of the valley the vegetation is deciduous. The water from its springs is very fresh throughout the year. And as in the whole of the Pyrenees, you can find the fruits of the forest specific to each season of the year.

Most of the valley is part of the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, and is therefore protected. On the plan you will find an expanse of fields and meadows that stretch until they touch the Segre river and evoke the agricultural strength of the region. Wherever you want to go, you will find a path or path that will take you there.

Between 1,600 and 2,200 m. the forest is dominated by black pine and spruce but you will also find halberds. Below 1,600 m. you can find red pine, oaks, poplars, ash trees, some willows, aspen, beech and cherry trees, and a whole string of plants and bushes that beautify the landscape. Chamois, roe deer, goats, wild boars, eagles, hares, pheasants and squirrels fill the valley and can be observed as long as our level of silence and discretion is adequate.

The grouse is rare to see but is also present. There is a mountain sector, below Cadí, called Els Galliners. All kinds of owls and woodpeckers live there as well as small predators.

What to do in Pi

Apart from being a very quiet place, you will find that many activities can be carried out in the Vall de Pi.

Throughout the year, you can take long walks, run, hike on properly signposted itineraries or cycle through circuits, among other sports activities.

In winter, you can also go on snowshoe tours along the old mountain paths that cross the valley, or ski while taking advantage of the proximity of several ski slopes, in addition to setting aside time to read a number of books that refer to the region.

During the summer months you can also take a short dip in the Segre River.

A wide range of sporting activities can be carried out in the region as well as other types of recreational or cultural activities.
